BY SUBWAY:
"R", "G" or "V": train to Steinway Street. Walk to Broadway. Right on Broadway. Left on 41st Street. The Institute is one-half block on right.

BY BUS:
Q101 - Steinway Street & 30th Avenue
Q104 - Steinway Street & Broadway
M60 - Steinway Street & Astoria Blvd.

FROM MANHATTAN:
1. 59th Street Bridge: Take bridge; stay to left and follow sign for Northern Blvd. Take Northern Blvd. to Steinway Street and turn left. Follow Steinway to Broadway. Turn right on Broadway and first left on 41st Street. The Institute is one-half block on right.
2. Midtown Tunnel: Use right lane of tunnel. Immediately after toll, do not get on Long Island Expressway, but stay to right and follow sign for "21st Street". This leads immediately beneath the expressway. Stay to right until 2nd set of lights and then make a right onto Jackson Avenue. Continue on Jackson Avenue which becomes Northern Blvd. Proceed on Northern Blvd. approximately 1/2 mile to Steinway Street. Left on Steinway Street: right on Broadway; left on 41st street. The Institute is one-half block on right.
3. Triboro Bridge: Take bridge to 31st Street exit (first exit after crossing bridge) Stay to right and follow the service road (Astoria Blvd.) to Steinway Street. Right on Steinway Street; left on Broadway; left on 41st Street. Institute is one-half block on right.

FROM NEW JERSEY:
1) Take Lincoln or Holland Tunnel and go crosstown to Midtown Tunnel. Follow directions as above (from Manhattan #2).
2) George Washington Bridge to Major Deegan to Triboro Bridge. Follow directions from Manhattan #3.

FROM STATEN ISLAND:
Verazano Bridge to Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. BQE to Northern Blvd. West exit. Make a left onto Northern Blvd. Proceed to Broadway. Go right on Broadway. In approximately 1 mile make a right onto 41st Street. The Institute is one-half block on right.

FROM THE BRONX:
Follow directions from the Triboro Bridge (above) OR directions from Whitestone Bridge (below).

FROM EASTERN QUEENS OR LONG ISLAND:
Take Grand Central Pkwy. to Exit 5 (Marine Air Terminal and Steinway Street exit). Follow service road (Astoria Blvd.) approximately one mile to Steinway Street. Left at Steinway, then proceed to Broadway and make a left. Make first left on 41st Street. The Institute is one-half block on right.

FROM CONNECTICUT OR WESTCHESTER VIA WHITESTONE BRIDGE:
After bridge, stay to right (Whitestone Expressway). Take Whitestone Expressway to Grand Central Parkway towards Triboro Bridge. Exit at Steinway Street. Follow service road (Astoria Blvd.) about one mile to Steinway Street. Left at Steinway, then proceed to Broadway and make left. Make first left on 41st Street. The Institute is one-half block on right.
